I have counselled many people experiencing a variety of interpersonal struggles including addictions, incarceration, depression, physical illness, anxiety, and existential dilemmas, among others. I strive to collaboratively build upon the inherent strengths of each client allowing them to authentically live and interact with others. Through counselling, a person will discover new aspects of themselves, empowered to live life in a way that leaves them feeling fulfilled, content, and connected. Counselling is a journey into the self and back again where change is always possible.
