MembersWelcome to Pinecroft Co-operative HomesWe are a 72 unit housing co-operative located in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. We are self governing through a board of directors that are elected from and by the people that live here, our members. We strive to provide a safe affordable home for a diverse population from around the world who have chosen to settle in St. Catharines. We take great pride in our diversity and our community involvement through co-operation.We are overseen by Niagara Regional Housing as our service manager under the Social Housing Refrom Act. We employ a full time management company called Homestarts and a part time maintenance person. We are members of both the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada and the Golden Horseshoe Co-operative Housing federation.Please enjoy your visit to our online home.
