In the mining industry, Renvest will consider opportunities in all sectors, including precious, base and rare metals.In addition to the mining, oil and gas industries, Renvest will also consider lending opportunities in agriculture, forestry and alternative energy. The Global Resource Fund is not restricted by geographical location and so far has lent to projects in three continents.The Global Resource Fund provides loans for terms of up to 24 months typically in the form of a senior secured debenture and often as a convertible debenture. The Global Resource Fund can also make strategic equity investments in concert with a loan.
