The Provincial Parking Enforcement Corporation manages parking lots on private property on behalf of lot owners, operators and managers. The terms and conditions which form the parking contract are posted on the property and the driver of the vehicle accepts this contract when they park on the lot. If you do not agree with the contract, do not park your vehicle on the property.Parking Violation / Payment Notices are used as a courtesy and an alternate to towing or other enforcement methods. They provide an effective means of addressing improper parking situations and they allow vehicle operators to pay monies which are due under their parking contract without the inconvenience and considerable expense of retrieving their vehicle from an impound.Vehicles with outstanding notices are subject to alternate compliance measures including towing, collection and court action.
