BlogWelcome'During the sessions with Brenda I had an absolutely inspiring life changing time. It was encouraging to be able to share ideas in a genuinely safe environment. My path to putting this change into place is just that.my path. I have to step up and make sure that old habits don't slip back, that I don't slip into the groove again but I create a new one that better suits me. I think I will put on a new CD, poor myself some Blueberry tea, gaze out my window at the sunshine and get ready for my next client.
