Restoration of Copper Cornice at 12th and 14th Floor levels.nspect, repair and reinforce structural support infrastructure of the Cornice.Removal of existing roofing membrane at the Cornice levels and replacementwith 3-ply roofing system. Inspect the entire brick façade and tuck out point mortar jointswhere required.Removal and replacement of deteriorated masonry where required. Chemical wash and clean entire masonry façade. Install new flashing windowsills at Cornice levels.
