The Managing Director of Yvara Advisory, Bohdan Bodnar, has more than 30 years of experience with consulting in both corporate and board environments. Bohdan has held executive roles in publicly traded firms as well as director roles in public, private and nonprofit organizations. Bohdan's many years of consulting experience and depth in HR committee process, corporate governance, pensions and benefits, succession, and broader HR leadership issues provide his clients with a thoughtful, experienced perspective.Bohdan began his career in the energy industry as a Labour and Employee Relations Specialist, after which he progressively advanced to executive leadership. In addition to having held senior corporate executive roles, Bohdan has chaired a pension investment committee with assets approaching $1 billion. He has held a number of board committee roles, including serving as HR Committee chair and Governance Committee chair. He has served on the boards of Azul Insurance Company Ltd.
