Rents from $2300 per month (single occupancy) include Evening Meals Daily, Weekly Housekeeping and Heavy Laundry Services. Heat, Hydro and Gas are also included in rent. Affiliated with Nova Pacific Care (the Senior Citizens Services): Nova Pacific Care is a professional management team who work with privately owned and operated adult living apartment staff to take care of all the chores that allow people to do the things they really enjoy. At Nova Pacific our facilities are conveniently located close to services and amenities in several Vancouver Island Communities.
