Can relay directives from upper management to field crews, oversee field crew daily operations, and meet crew performance targets. Must be a good commnicator, and have a t least 3 years experience in the horticulture field. Will act as a liason between upper management and field staff. Hours of work vary from 40 60 hours per week with some wekend work in the busy harvest season (August October). Performance review after 3 month probatory period with yearly wage increases based on overall performance.Quality Assurance Potato GradeCraven Riverside Gardens is looking for (2) dynanmic individuals to start August 15/14 as Quality Assurance potato graders in our potato wash plant. The successful candidates will be trained on site in proper potato specs as per our customer expectations. Duties include vsually inspecting potatoes in a flow through system. Extended periods of standing using eye hand coordination to execute job tasks.
