Example: The holistic approach to physical education combines traditional gymnastics, techniques of gentle exercise and anti-gym. ''Our approach promotes functional training, alternating group or specific muscle areas to avoid overtraining, and to prevent possible injury or problems with names ending in ''itis.'' We direct our efforts toward functional training based on natural body movements and promote the benefits of the deep musculature and superficial musculature.
