Currently, the company owns one building on 5th Beliveau street, and one of its major duties is clients satisfaction by offering comfortable and renovated rooms alongwith a bunch of free amenities like free high speed wifi, free parking, free laundry, set of furnitures, TV cable, etc. The price of each room is really equitable and worth the money. In addition, the company provides new furnitures to the tenants who send special requests, without paying any extra fees, as again it is free.
