Le Havre

The story of Le Havre shows that the existence of the organization is directly related to the efforts of people themselves with a mental health problem. It's in March 1994 a group of people is trying to establish a community mental health resource.Their first meeting took place on 1 st March and is formed at that time an interim board. It consists of five people including the interim coordinator of Interval, a community organizer at the time attached to the CLSC and three people with a mental health problem.
