MRC Du Haut-Richelieu

The Economic Council of Haut-Richelieu (CLD) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1981. Thereafter, the CEHR (CLD) has undergone many changes, both structurally and in terms of the mandate was dedicated. In 1998, the Economic Council of Haut-Richelieu became a CLD. Funding for the organization comes mostly from the Haut-Richelieu and the Ministry of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade (MDEIE).
