Vitoeuf Inc

Vitoeuf started its operations in 1984, and quickly became a leader in the egg-processing industry. Our company name is a credit to our Quebec heritage, meaning quick (vit) egg (oeuf). It becomes a challenge to any anglophone who can pronounce Vitoeuf without any phonetic distortion. During the first 10 years, the main ovo-products manufactured were the ''EXPRESS'' egg, a vacuum packed hard-boiled egg (without preservatives), unique in North America, and eggs in brine (with preservatives).
