Optimum Nannies and Homecare is a professional placement agency that has been providing services to families for more than 35 years. We are educated experienced human resources specialists who have worked in the recruitment industry in both the public and private sector. All applicants are interviewed in person using a professional human resources model. Behavior-based and situational interview questions are used to assess the applicant's knowledge of discipline, safety, time management, organization, creativity and communication. Applicants are also required to have current first aid and complete a criminal records check and a Drivers Abstract. A minimum of two references are checked. We never refer our employment candidates to more than one employer at the same time. We work with a limited number of clients to provide the most effective professional service possible.
