Terrasse St-Ambroise

A master brewer from England was engaged to develop the recipe for the St-Ambroise. Together with Ellen Bounsall, a biologist by training and master brewer, he was mandated to establish the reputation of the brewery in the niche beers of distinction. Critics around the world have quickly ranked among the best beers in the world. Brewery collected far more than 12 medals in international competitions, including a platinum medal, four gold, six silver and one bronze.
