PIA Inc. is a Canadian company that designs and manufactures specific electronic devices on request, but also sells its own regular products. Specialized in flame detectors (scanners) to ensure the presence of the flame of burners in boilers or industrial furnaces, PIA also makes custom designs for other industries or business needs. Those can be thermostat controls in buildings, air pressure controls or any other type of electronic devices upon customer request. Original designer and sole manufacturer of the FV-03 flame detection system, exclusive to Hamworthy Peabody Combustion for more than 20 years, we now have our own high-tech flame scanners and a compatible model, the Window141, for existing installations. Not only can we diagnose your FV-03s, but our R & D program includes the update of your current scanners regardless of their model. In addition, PIA continues to diversify by developing new flame scanners adapted to different industries and combustion applications.
