Boutique Michel Brisson accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise within seven days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met. Original tags must still be on the merchandise and the items must not have been worn, used or damaged in any way. In order to proceed to a return or an exchange, the customer must obtain a reference number and mark that number on the package.
