During an initial, private one-hour consultation, Cyl will listen to learn your eating habits, what exercise program you follow and what health issues you have. She will then give you a healthy, balanced food plan to follow. You choose the food you enjoy within this balanced plan. The variety of food is unlimited, but the quantity is limited. If you do have a health issue, a balanced food plan will be arranged accordingly.
