A non-profit, the SDC (Society of Commercial Development) Plaza St-Hubert's mission is to promote commercial development and reputation of the Rue Saint-Hubert.In order to help retailers succeed in business, the Company promotes their interests and makes every effort to meet their needs. It is above all reinforce the central role of the street as the development of cultural, sustainable social and commercial. In doing so, it seeks to foster a sense of belonging and pride, both in shops among residents than among customers.
