It is on the very famous rue De La Montagne, in the heart of downtown Montreal, that BIS has called it's home for 35 years now. BIS has become, over the years with its incredible team (Aldo,Eduardo and Marcello), the pinnacle of Italian gastronomy. Allow them to prepare for you their unique white truffles (when in season), their famous risotto al Tartufo, an exquisite milk-fed veal chop, a tender Angus Filet Mignon or unforgettable pasta with lamb ragoût. Fresh fish of the day shipments are delivered twice daily. While enjoying the wonderful cuisine offered at BIS, you will also admire the magnificent decor made of bricks and woodwork. Many celebrities visit Bis when they are in town and what could be more incredible than the idea of being seated at a table next to that of Celine Dion, Brad Pitt or George Clooney ?As for the wines, the wine list offers more than 200 privately imported labels from Italy and they are all selected by the owner himself... now that's impressive!
