Accords ('pairings' in English) is proud to be a 'natural' wine bar, one of the few of its kind in the country. We help you discover foreign and local vintages chosen to nourish your enjoyment of fine wine selections with great food. We serve only the highest quality cuisine, transformed in our kitchen largely from Quebec-based produce. Our menus follow the seasons, inspired by local production cycles. Our breads and desserts are lovingly made in our own kitchens and our coffees are fair-trade and organic. Special attention is paid to allergens and we have a wide gluten-free offering. Accords eclectic menu and wine list is at the heart of who we are. We propose unusual food and wine pairings, which is the joyful labour of our chef-collaborator Marc-André Lavergne and sommelier Charles Marquis. It also gives our team great pleasure to encourage and advise you, as in nature, to explore your own taste trails.
