Festival Retro De Joly

At the end of the 20th century, the committee Recreation Joly organized every year in January a carnival. One of the activities of the carnival was a dinner followed by a retro evening. During the intermission of the evening some members Recreation did a mini extravaganza of song, dance and imitations.In 1999 seeing the approach of the year 2000 the committee Recreation tasted create a special event that would cause Joly would stand out from the surrounding parishes.
