As a Registered Holistic Nutrition consultant (R.H.N.) I offer individualized nutrition. My approach is hand-on and centered on natural and local whole foods. I believe in slowing it down, keeping it simple and getting back to basics. Many are turning to holistic nutrition; not only as a way to feed their bodies and prevent disease but also as a way to eat their way back to health. I offer cooking classes to inspire you to love the foods that will love you back and to ensure that the changes you are learning are practical and sustainable.
