During the past 30 years, I have had the opportunity to plead before the Quebec Appeal Court, the Superior Court, the Quebec Court, the Municipal Court and the Tax Court. Most cases I deal with are related to Family, Civil, Commercial and Tax matters. As a certified mediator, my goal is to find solutions to settle matters on an amicable basis. As a lawyer, I try to find the most efficient solutions in order to settle matters as quickly as possible at the client's advantage.
