Our team is comprised of 4 young cooks/entrepreneurs from the city of Montreal. All four of us decided to become vegan/vegetarian at different points in our lives. Which means that we all have had a chance to experience what the city of Montreal has to offer in terms of vegan/vegetarian cooking. And we are certain that what Eden has to offer beats out the rest of the competition! We are eager to offer simple and healthy food without neglecting the enjoyment of eating. Our team specializes in the preparation of nourishing dishes without compromising its delicious taste. We want to make people know that is possible to eat good and tasty food without it making them feel guilty. At Eden, we only work with local and organic flour for our baking and pastries preparations. We are conscientious about the choice of our raw materials for the preparations of our dishes. We also work hard to cook with seasonal fruits and vegetables for maximal freshness.
