ABi Enviro-Solutions seeks to help residential and industrial owners of contaminated (or potentially contaminated) properties from the beginning to the end of the process. The company offers the following services: - phase I and phase II environmental site assessments (phase I and phase II ESA) where soil sampling is necessary; - expert consultant and surveillance during the environmental rehabilitation of contaminated sites; - assistance during legal disputes over contaminated properties (expert witness in court). ABi Enviro-Solutions with the help of its partners can also assist you for damaged land restoration projects, valorization of residual materials or site characterizations for the installation of septic tanks. Mr Bianchi, president of the firm, has been working for the environmental industry and on contaminated sites for more than 10 years. He is a member of the 'Ordre des géologues du Québec' and has completed a Master's degree in Earth sciences at UQAM.
