Following the completion of my Ontario Secondary School Diploma, I had interest in pursuing a career as a Police Officer. I subsequently attended Canadian School of Private Investigation and successfully completed and graduated with a Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma and a Private Investigation Diploma. In 1993, I began to practise privately part-time as an Independent Paralegal with Searching and Claims Consulting performing title search for Real Estate, Highway Traffic Act Offences (Traffic Tickets) and WSIB claims. In 1994, I decided to pursue Paralegal work on a full-time basis and practiced privately at DiLena And Associates Inc. WSIB claims management and appeals was my main Practise which later included CPP disability appeals before the OCRT currently SST.
