The development of Dalhousie Mountain took place during one of the most challenging economic environments of the last fifty years but the project was completed on time and on budget. On completion, Dalhousie Mountain was the largest operating wind farm in Nova Scotia and it was also the only project successfully completed in 2009.XenecaA leading independent hydro developer, Xeneca focuses on small, run-of-river hydro facilities in Ontario. From concept to completion, Xeneca takes greenfield projects from site selection, through feasibility studies, design and construction to operation and maintenance.
