Mission: Join with neighbours and community partners in downtown Windsor to strengthen and celebrate families with children aged birth to six. Vision: Inspire families to take responsibility for raising their children, strengthening families and celebrating community. Mandate: Our community development mandate has residents sharing responsibility for raising children, strengthening their families and celebrating a vision of a child-centered community.
