Freddy Hayes and Jeremy Monforte are the owners/operators of The Crazy Canuck. Both are graduates from the Hospitality Management program at Conestoga College. Combined, they have over 25 years of experience in the food service industry and have traveled to various provinces, exploring all of the delicious foods this beautiful country has to offer. They have joined forces to bring their guests a unique culinary experience in a family friendly setting. These two ARE the Craziest Canucks around!
