With a brand new 8-lane 25 metre pool opening in January 2013, a new 10-lane 50 metre pool opening in 2014, our 2011-2012 Swim Ontario Coach of Year recipient Head Coach Robert Novak and his coaching staff are excited to take the club to new heights and utilizing everyone's unique strengths of our MAC swimming family, build upon our past success and develop into a national model of excellence committed to each individual and overall TEAM success, from the grassroots to Olympic level.Programs are divided into our competitive swimming program and our introduction to competitive swimming program named Swim2AchieveMarkham Aquatic Club (MAC) provides the opportunity and encouragement for each of our swimmers to develop his or her full potential in competitive swimming in the pursuit of personal excellence.
