"Wise Mind Psychological Services is a mental health clinic that assists adults and adolescents with a wide range of concerns but has special areas of treatment for eating disorders, symptoms of trauma including PTSD and complex trauma, emotion dysregulation and BPD, and anxiety disorders. In addition to individual therapy, we have a 20 week DBT skills group for adults. Sessions are conducted in person and/or virtually.
