Organic Spices can be surprisingly affordable, and will make a tremendous difference in your cooking. We buy all our herbs and spices in small batches so they are always fresh and at their peak. Due to their freshness our spices offer up a complex taste profile and character unmatched by 'regular' spices, not to mention bulk spices. If we can not find a product that is organic, we try to find the next best thing, herbs and spices that are either grown naturally or wild harvested. No sugar, preservative, fillers, MSG or salt* are added to our herbs or spices. In addition there is no irradiation or ethylene oxide used that leaves any chemical residue.
