Using the Colbert?s winning formula The Chef Upstairs has become one of Toronto's premier cooking studio and private dining venues, proud to be 100% nut and peanut free. Lori is the owner and president of Heller Productions, one of Canada's top Corporate Event Planning organizations. Greg is an accomplished entrepreneur and business consultant, accomplished chef, and avid wine collector. The Chef Upstairs is so much more than a restaurant.
