We start by selecting the freshest quality ingredients crafting each recipe with special care, then simmering each batch slowly in our cast iron kettles to ensure that each and every serving is cooked to perfection. The result is a collection of hundreds of delicious, wholesome soups featuring 15 varieties rotating daily, including vegetarian, low-fat, dairy free, gluten-free and globally inspired options. Each gourmet soup is served as a meal with 2 side items that includes fresh bread, seasonal fruit and fresh cut vegetables. Our daily menu also features sandwiches & wraps, market salads, fresh cut fruit all made fresh daily ready to grab and go.
