Golden Turtle Inc

There's no shortage of pho in this city, and hasn't been for some time. But this Ossington Strip Vietnamese restaurant is an enduring superstar in this department. The best in the city, many claim of this cultured soup, singling out the Golden Turtle's take on a rich, secret-recipe broth and the abundance of flavourful balls floating therein. The satay and fishball pho are particular standouts. Much ink is also spilled over the house-made buns (the shrimp gets special mention), good-greasy spring rolls and the whack of yummy milkshakes to punctuate the meal. The atmosphere is lively here, and the enthusiasm for the food easy to get caught up in.
