Proactive Pelvic Health Centre is the first integrative pelvic health clinic in Toronto, devoted to assisting women and men with pelvic pain, prolapse and incontinence issues. From young adults to the elderly, pregnancy and post-partum, fertility, post-surgical and post-menopausal life phases; we strive to improve the quality of life of those that we treat while providing them with confidential, professional and compassionate care.
