Naomi De Gasperis

The backbone of my practice is Gestalt Psychotherapy and as a therapist, I bring presence and integrity to my work. My sessions often include components of meditation, mindfulness based approaches, shamanism, creative art therapy and dream work. I believe that awareness is a powerful and curative ally; only when we interrupt our patterns can we embrace another way of being. The benefits of this process lie in empowering ourselves with liberating shifts in perception. My hope is that I may be of service to others and provide guidance as the process ushers them to a place of healing and transformation. May our words and deeds echo our truths and move us ever closer to a more authentic, purposeful life.
