My interest in alternative approaches to health and healing commenced early in life. I began practising shiatsu in 1996 and became a Certified Trager® Practitioner in 2001. I have explored many massage techniques as well as energy work for over 25 years. I have been operating Have Thumbs Will Travel since 1996, bringing bodywork to homes offices and events. I am dedicated to providing sessions that are best suited to the individual I am working with. I take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with my clients. I strive to share the joy I receive from providing this service. In June 2004, I opened MIND YOUR BODY, my massage studio located near Bathurst and Dupont in mid town Toronto.
