Emix was established in 1974. Over the decades, we have acquired, sold and financed over $150 million in real estate assets, and developed over 400,000 sq. ft. of commercial property in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). In 2006, we were awarded the Pickering Economic Development Award.Today, we own and manage more than 350,000 sq. ft. of commercial property comprising over 75 tenants across the GTA, as well as 70,000 sq. ft. of office space in Dallas, Texas.We continue to grow through development and acquisition.
