Designers and facilitators of the award-winning Dorothy Wylie Nursing Leadership Institute since 2001 and the Health Leaders Institute since 2005, the principals of Videre Leadership have integrated their individual skills and extensive experience in a variety of ways and with a diverse client group. They have considerable knowledge and experience with Kouzes and Posner's Leadership Practices Model, have worked closely with Barry Posner and Jim Kouzes and have extensively used the Leadership Practices Inventory for individual, team and organizational development.
