David Merenda, a 37 year old real estate broker, was born and raised in Toronto. His college education includes OREA and Ryerson college. Well versed in English and Italian, David has travelled thoughout Europe and North America. Along with his negotiating, networking and social skills (10 years experience in real estate and over 15 years in sales), David has witnessed market shifts, cutting edge design in architecture, property development, building styles, trends, colours and schemes.
