We chose this name as a metaphor for an urban culinary oasis; a place where you can find a refreshing and nutritious seasonal menu.The best ingredients inspire the best dishes.We only use fresh herbs, extra virgin olive oil, butter, sea salt, pure maple syrup, organic cane sugar and spelt flour in our cooking and baking. Wherever possible, our ingredients are organic and sourced locally. We buy produce directly from farmers at the Dufferin Grove Farmers Market, free-range chicken and eggs from Vince Gasparro, dairy from Harmony Milk, fresh ricotta from Santa Lucia Cheese, and premium freshly roasted coffee from De Tour Coffee.
