Robert was called to the Ontario Bar in February 1992 and has focused his practice exclusively on immigration and refugee law, including extensive litigation before the Federal Court of Canada for over 22 years. Robert is the Firm's Senior and Managing Lawyer. He is well-known for handling complex files with an innovative and creative approach. He has worked with clients from virtually every nationality and community, embedding the client's culture and perspective into the file and services. Robert brings a focused and 'solution-focused' plan to all files with a view to ultimate, and quick, resolution and success, this includes over 22 years of dedicated work in the lgbtqq community.
