We provide a full-time General Manager, Office Manager, Customer Relations Support as well as full-time Field Supervisors to ensure that your needs are met and or exceeded 24/7. Staff Our staff includes forty full-time personnel and ten part-time personnel. These staff do not comprise of just janitorial cleaners and supervisors, but also Special Service Representatives. In addition to our full-time and part-time staff, we have a pool of skilled subcontractors for special projects such as parking lot sweeping, landscape maintenance, vinyl repair and snow removal. Cost Control Our operation is fully automated by our state of the art computer network that uses custom software developed by Johnson Wax Professional and delivers effective cost controls, scheduling and account management through weekly measurement of productivity and efficiency. These technological advances allow our staff to focus on first class customer service rather than payroll and invoicing. Communications. We have made a substantial investment in communication equipment which keeps all of our crews, supervisors, and night inspectors constantly (and instantly) accessible to each other as well as with our clients. Through a combination of portable phones, we never lose track of where our people are and can address problems immediately.Quality, Consistency and Reliability. We carry comprehensive liability insurance in the amount of $2 Million, including property damage for your protection and ours as well.
