After WWII, Louis and his sons, including Greenrock's founder, Al, developed the family business and would build thousands of residential units across the GTA, many of them high rise apartments, including the City's first planned community in Don Mills. Al Green's son, Barry, is Chairman of Greenrock Property Management Limited and continues in the family tradition. Greenrock now manages some of the City's most distinct rental properties in the downtown core and midtown Toronto area. Greenrock is proud of its family history in the apartment industry
