St. Catharines, newest winery is in the midst of Wine Country, in the heart of the 'Golden Horseshoe' ~ so named because this area is Ontario's most productive fruit growing area, and it wraps around the lake. The vision of this Winery is to capture the essence of Ontario's freshest fruits, (even the occasional vegetable,) and put it into an attractive bottle, to allow it to be enjoyed again.
