In business for over 17 years, serving Toronto and area. We specialize in children's programs age 3 and up and adult programs. We offer separate classes for all levels. Private lessons and personal training is available. Women's only kickboxing is offered several times a week. Come in and try our beginner special for Karate and Tae Kwon Do, which includes 3 lessons, an evaluation, 1 uniform, a white belt and a certificate upon completion. We also offer one free trial lesson in Combat Hap Ki Do, Kung Fu Kickboxing, and self defence. Our classes are offered 6 days a week, daytime and evenings.
