InStep is a chiropody foot clinic located in east Toronto, Ontario that specializes in all conditions related to the foot. We also have male and female registered massage therapists (RMTs) offering full body massage therapy. InStep uses best practices and operates with integrity.? The staff at InStep is dedicated to ensuring your comfort. We take the time to listen to your concerns and make sure you understand your condition and treatment options. Our staff will give you honest answers. We want all of our patients to feel that we genuinely care. InStep is also an expert in custom orthotics and we offer foot-related products such as orthopaedic footwear and compression stockings.? Our services are covered by most extended health plans (our services are not covered by OHIP). You do not need a referral to see us, and we welcome patients of all ages.
